Welcome to what we hope is, or will be, the preeminent neighborhood empowerment Web site in the nation. At the bottom of the home page, you will always find timely “news flashes” which the city’s computer posts on our Web site four times a day. After a while, we will delete these items or move them to another place within the Web site.

If you would like to receive our newsletters, which are designed to be as “attachment free” and as easy to open and read as possible, click here or on “Send Me Newsletters” at the top.

If you’re new to Neighborhood Councils, we’d like you to look to the left, click on Newsroom, and glance at our library of past newsletters and newspaper articles.

Our toll-free phone number is 1 (866) LA HELPS, and our regular working hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
