Councilman Padilla & the Los Angeles Fire Department
Councilman Padilla & members of the Los Angeles Fire Department assess the damage at a Panorama City apartment building fire on February 10, 2003. Although there were no fatalities, 18 apartments in the 60-unit complex are currently uninhabitable due to fire damage.
On February 11, Councilman Padilla secured $90,000 in funding for relocation expenses for families who were displaced as a result of the two-alarm blaze.
