Resolution (Buscaino - Cedillo) - Resolve that by the adoption of this Resolution, the City hereby includes in its 2015-16 State Legislative Program its position for SB 317: The Safe Neighborhood Parks, Rivers, and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2016 that would allow the State to issue bonds to fund safe neighborhood parks, rivers and coastal protection for the creation, maintenance, restoration and protection of parks and recreation facilities.

Motion (Parks - Koretz) - The the Council request the City Attorney to prepare and present an Ordinance amending the Municipal Code, which establishes regulations for the parking of vehicles for private sale on certain City streets or public lands, to prohibit the parking of such vehicles with a "For Sale" sign on the portion of Normandie Avenue between Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and Jefferson Boulevard.
