Resolution (Cedillo - Bonin) Resolve that, with the concurrence of the Mayor and by adoption of this Resolution, the City of Los Angeles hereby includes in its 2015-16 State Legislative Program its position on AB 35 (Chiu and Atkins), which would for each calendar year beginning 2015 increase the aggregate housing credit dollar amount that may be allocated among low-income housing projects by $300 million.

Motion (Buscaino - Bonin) - That the Council request the City Attorney to prepare and present an ordinance amending the Municipal Code, which establishes regulations for the parking of vehicles for private sale on certain City streets or public lands, to prohibit the parking of such vehicles with a "For Sale" sign on the portion of Vermont Avenue that is designated a local street between West 135th Street and West 140th Street.
