- TRANSFER $30,000, or any available balance lesser than this amount which may be remaining, in the Council's portion of the Heritage Month Celebration and Special Events line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 to the Cultural Affairs Fund No. 100/30, Account No. 3040 (Contractual Services) to fund any aspect of the Northeast Jazz Festival.
- AUTHORIZE the City Clerk or the Cultural Affairs Department to make any technical corrections or clarifications to the above instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.

- TRANSFER/APPROPRIATE $146,060 in the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281213 (CD 13 Redevelopment Projects - Services) to the Public Works Fund No. 100/74, Account No. 3040 (Contractual Services) for the efforts of the Los Angeles Conservation Corps for the design, engineering, demolition and excavation of an existing median island at the intersection of Riverside Drive and Gail Street, in Elysian Valley.
- AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works to make any corrections or clarifications to the above fund transfer instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
