COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the sale of City-owned real property located at 9402-9422 South Broadway to 94th and Broadway, a limited liability company, for development of a full service supermarket.

 

Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:

 

PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE authorizing the sale, at its fair reuse value, of an approximate 2.06 acre parcel of City-owned real property to 94th and Broadway, a limited liability company, with conditions assuring that City economic development purposes are carried out on this property.

 

Fiscal Impact Statement:  None submitted by the City Attorney.  Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.

 

Community Impact Statement:  None submitted.
