CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (KREKORIAN - KORETZ) relative to $133 million in appropriations, transfers and other budget adjustments for various City Departments as recommended in the Third (Mid-Year) Financial Status Report.

 

Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:

 

  1. AUTHORIZE the Controller to take the following actions relative to the 2014-15 Third (Mid-Year) Financial Status Report (FSR), contained in Council file No. 14-0600-S256:

    1. Transfer $2,796,976.00 between accounts within various departments and funds as specified in Attachment 5 of the FSR, attached to Motion in Council file No. 14-0600-S257.

    2. Transfer $1,954,186.99 between various departments and funds as specified in Attachment 6 of the FSR, attached to Motion in Council file No. 14-0600-S257.

  2. AUTHORIZE the City Administrative Officer to make technical corrections as necessary to the above transactions to implement Mayor and Council intentions.
