Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR:
RESOLVE to include in the City's 2015-16 State Legislative Program SUPPORT for funding the following projects: Beverly and Lucas, Beverly Terrace, PATH Metro Villas Phase One, King 1101, South West View, 127th Street Apartments, Crenshaw Gardens, Crenshaw Villas, PATH Metro Villas Phase Two, PATH Metro Villas Phase Three, Rolland Curtis, MacArthur-B, Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles' Jordan Downs-Phase One, LA River Valley Greenway, and the City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation's Bikeshare Capital Project under the Strategic Growth Council's Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program; and, AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Housing and Community Investment Department, to submit the appropriate letters of support on behalf of the City.
