COMMUNICATION FROM THE MAYOR, DIRECTOR OF PLANNING and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to modifications to an ordinance for property located at 1601-1605 North Vine Street.
Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:
- ADOPT the FINDINGS of the Los Angeles City Planning Commission (LACPC) and the Director of Planning as the Findings of the Council.
- PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, approved by the Director of Planning, on behalf of the LACPC, to amend Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 12.04 by amending the zoning map for property located at 1601-1605 North Vine Street within the Hollywood Plan Area, subject to Conditions of Approval.
