ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION to authorize the destruction of certain obsolete records from the City Clerk, Election Division, (CLK/03 - 763 Boxes) for the period of January 17, 2012 through July 23, 2013.

 

Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Clerk reports that the retention of 763 records boxes beyond the required retention time period, based on industry commercial standard rates, will continue to cost the City the equivalent of a minimum of $123.61 per month, or $1,483.27 per year.

 

Community Impact Statement:  None submitted.

  2. INSTRUCT the BSS to perform the beautification work using direct costs with CTO and fringe costs only.
