MOTION (HUIZAR - BUSCAINO) relative to additional funding to finance the beautification projects in Council District 14.

Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:

1. TRANSFER/APPROPRIATE/ALLOCATE $45,000 in the Pipeline Franchise Revenue portion of the Council District 14 Real Property Trust Fund No. 696 to the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Street Services (BSS) Fund No. 100/86, Account 001010-Salaries, General, to perform beautification services in Council District 14.
   
   
2. INSTRUCT the BSS to perform the beautification work using direct costs with CTO and fringe costs only.
   
   
3. AUTHORIZE the BSS to make any technical corrections or clarifications as necessary to the above instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
