Recommendation for Council action, as initiated by Motion (Martinez – Bonin): REQUEST that the City Attorney prepare and present an ordinance amending Section 87.55 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code to prohibit the parking of vehicles with a For Sale sign on Van Nuys Boulevard between Woodman Avenue and the Interstate 5 Freeway, Woodman Avenue between Roscoe and Van Nuys Boulevards, and Osborne Street between the Interstate 5 Freeway and Woodman Avenue. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report. Community Impact Statement: None submitted.
