- AUTHORIZE the LADOT to exclude the posting of No Parking Except for Electric Vehicle Charging signs at any of the locations in Exhibit 1, or at any future electric vehicle charging stations, where the LADOT determines that exclusive parking for electric vehicles cannot be provided for any of the following conditions:
- Parking or stopping is prohibited for all vehicles
- The location is designated as a school loading zone or where parking is prohibited except for school buses
- The location is adjacent to a protected bike lane
- The location is the first or last parking space on the block thereby preventing an accessible parking zone from being installed
- The location is already designated as an accessible parking zone, passenger loading zone, sightseeing/tour bus zone, mailbox deposit zone, commercial loading zone, or short-term parking zone
- DIRECT the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the Bureau of Street Lighting to remove any electric vehicle charging equipment from any location determined by the LADOT to be infeasible for the exclusive use of electric vehicle charging.
- AUTHORIZE the LADOT or the Bureau of Street Services to temporarily prohibit the parking of electric vehicles at electric vehicle charging stations by posting signs specifying the temporary parking restrictions, and that for these situations the electric vehicle charging equipment may remain or be covered.
- AUTHORIZE the LADOT to make technical corrections or clarifications to the above instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this action.
Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.

- FIND that the subject reward complies with the provisions of Chapter 12, Article 1, Division 19, of the Los Angeles Administrative Code.

- TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $100,000 in the AB 1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281204 (CD 4 Redevelopment Projects - Services) for various street maintenance efforts and services, for the period beginning July 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2020, throughout Council District Four coordinated by the Los Angeles Conservation Corps.
- AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works, Office of Community Beautification to prepare the necessary documents with and / or payments to the Los Angeles Conservation Corps, or any other organization, in the above amount for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form.
- AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works Office of Accounting to make any technical corrections or clarifications as necessary to the above instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.

- AUTHORIZE the HCIDLA, with the assistance of the City Clerk to prepare the necessary Controller instructions, identify the appropriate fund and account numbers, and make any corrections, clarification or revisions to the above instructions, including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers to effectuate the intent of this motion; said corrections/clarifications may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
