Recommendation for Council action:
AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Economic and Workforce Development Department, or designee, to negotiate and execute a Right of Entry Agreement with HSA, subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney as to form, that provides HSA temporary access to City-owned real property located at 10930 South Clovis Avenue, Los Angeles (APN 6071-021-915), for the term of April 8 - 11, 2019, and for the purpose of accommodating the storage of carnival rides and equipment associated with a Los Angeles Police Department fundraising event.
