MOTION (O'FARRELL - PRICE) relative
to the expenditure of funds for the acquisition of the Dolby Theater
located at 6801 Hollywood Boulevard.
Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF
THE MAYOR:
- AUTHORIZE the Controller to expend $100,000 from Fiscal Year
2016-17 Capital Finance Administration Fund No. 100/53, Account
No. 000321, MICLA Refunding of Commercial Paper for the
acquisition of the Dolby Theater.
- AUTHORIZE the Controller to expend $3,000 from Fiscal Year
2017-18 Capital Finance Administration Fund No. 100/53, Account
No. 000343, MICLA 2012-C Refunding of MICLA Series 2002 - AQ, AR,
AU, T for closing costs associated with the acquisition of the
Dolby Theater.
- AUTHORIZE the Controller to make any technical adjustments or
corrections that may be required to implement these instructions.
