Recommendation for Council action:
AUTHORIZE the City Attorney to negotiate and execute a pro bono contract with the law firm of Covington and Burling to assist in its efforts related to the new grant conditions imposed by the federal government for the Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program.
