TRANSFER/APPROPRIATE $200,000 in the Controller Fund No. 100/26, Account No. 6010 (Office and Administrative Expense) to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, as follows:  $80,000 to Account No. 1101 (Hiring Hall Construction), $50,000 to Account No. 1121 (Benefits Hiring Hall Construction), $50,000 to Account No. 3180 (Construction Material and Supplies) and $20,000 to Account No. 1014 (Salaries Construction Projects), for necessary repairs in the Controller's offices.

  2. AUTHORIZE the Controller to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.

CONCUR with the Board of Water and Power Commissioner's (BWPC) action of April 4, 2017, Resolution No. 017208, authorizing a Memorandum of Agreement between and among the City of Los Angeles, by and through the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Sanitation and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, and Metabolic Studio LLC regarding the operation and maintenance of the Los Angeles River rubber dam and appurtenant structures constructed as part of Metabolic Studio's Bending the River Back Into the City Project.
