	CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION (BUSCAINO - HARRIS-DAWSON for RYU - ET AL.) relative to establishing the City's position regarding S. 2680 (Alexander), the Mental Health Reform Act of 2016. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE that the City of Los Angeles include in its 2015-16 Federal Legislative Program, SUPPORT for S. 2680 (Alexander), the Mental Health Reform Act of 2016, which would provide additional resources to address the mental health care crisis. Community Impact Statement: None submitted. (Rules, Elections, Intergovernmental Relations, and Neighborhoods Committee waived consideration of the above matter)
