Recommendation for Council action:
AUTHORIZE the LADOT to amend the following on-call professional services contracts to extend the duration of the contracts, as detailed on the February 10, 2016 LADOT report, attached to the Council file, for up to nine months to allow the contractors to complete the active task orders with the same terms and conditions:
