CD 6	CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (MARTINEZ - HUIZAR) relative to approving an extension of time for three proposed projects located at 11051-11055 Arminta Street, 11022-11038 Arminta Street and 11065 Arminta Street. Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE an extension of time of 30 additional days (February 26, 2016) beyond the 90 day requirement for Council action on a land use ordinance as required by Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 12.32, for three proposed projects located at 11051-11055 Arminta Street (Council file No. 15-1291), 11022-11038 Arminta Street (Council file No. 15-1292) and 11065 Arminta Street (Council file No. 15-1293). Community Impact Statement: None submitted. (Planning and Land Use Management Committee waived consideration of the above matter)
