  1. Bureau of Sanitation (BOS) report in response to Motion (Martinez - Englander - Krekorian - Blumenfield) relative to a request for RecycLA service providers to respond to reports of 28,000 missed collections and for the City Attorney to discuss, in closed session if necessary, any matters related to the concerns of missed collections, billing, and the City’s administration of the RecycLA service provider contracts, or any matter that may be subject to litigation.  [The Committee may recess to Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2) to confer with its legal counsel where there is a significant exposure to litigation based on existing facts and circumstances regarding the RecycLA Program, and pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4) to decide whether to initiate litigation regarding the RecycLA Program - up to one case].
           
  2. BOS report in response to Motion (Koretz - Bonin) relative to whether certain RecycLA service providers have failed to fulfill their obligations under the RecycLA agreements; and whether to proceed with taking the necessary steps to terminate their individual contracts for such substantial failure.

  3. BOS report in response to Motion (Bonin - O'Farrell - Martinez - Englander) relative to instructing the BOS to provide a comprehensive update with recommendations addressing various issues with regard to the RecycLA Program, and related matters.
