Office of Public Accountability report in response to Motion (Martinez - Ryu) relative to instructing the LADWP to report in regard to the Bay Delta Conservation Project to include an overview of the Project; and further instruct the Office of Accountability/Ratepayer Advocate to report in regard to analyzing the projected costs, funding and financing structures and mechanisms and any financial impact to the ratepayers.
