The Board of Referred Powers, meeting in lieu of the Los Angeles City Employee Relations Board, will consider the following matter:
Consideration of Unfair Employment Relations Practice (UERP) Claim #1934 - 1941 alleging that the City violated Section 4.860 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code (specifically regarding the appointment process for Employee Relations Board Members), filed by: American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, District Council 36, Local 741, 901, 2006, 2626, 3090, and 3672 (UERP 1934); Service Employees International Union, Local 721 (UERP 1935); Los Angeles/Orange County Building and Construction Trades Council (UERP 1936); International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 501 (UERP 1937); Laborers' International Union of North America, Local 777 (UERP 1938); International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 911 (UERP 1939); United Firefighters of Los Angeles City, Local 112 (UERP 1940); and Los Angeles Police Protective League (UERP 1941); and communications from the City Attorney and Executive Director, Employee Relations Board.
