City Attorney and Department of City Planning reports, Resolution, and Ordinances relative to amending Section 12.04 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) to update transportation mitigation fee programs, including revisions to the fees, exemptions, credits, and the list of transportation improvements for the Coastal Transportation Corridor Specific Plan (CTCSP), an area generally bounded by the City of Santa Monica on the north, Imperial Highway on the south, the San Diego Freeway on the east, and the Pacific Ocean on the west, and, the West Los Angeles Transportation Improvement and Mitigation Specific Plans (WLA-TIMP), an area which is generally bounded by the City of Beverly Hills, Beverwil Drive, Castle Heights Avenue, National Boulevard, and Hughes Avenue on the east, Sunset Boulevard on the north, the City of Santa Monica and Centinela Avenue on the west, and Venice Boulevard on the south, amending Articles 13.5 and 13.6 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code to update trust funds for the WLA-TIMP and the CTCSP, findings pursuant to Mitigation Fee Act, Government Code Section 66000, et seq., to modify the transportation improvement assessment fee,  adding Section 19.19 to the LAMC, resolution establishing the list of transportation improvements, rescind resolution adopted on June 19, 2018, and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings for Statutory Exemption (Public Resources Code Section 21080(b)(8)) and CEQA Guidelines Section 15162 and 15164 for EIR No. ENV-2014-1458-EIR, SCH No. 2014051070, certified on March 9, 2018, and Sections 15301, 15304, and15308. (Also referred to the Planning and Land Use Management Committee.)
