Presentation by Marc Eckstein, MD, MPH, Commander, Emergency Medical Services Bureau, and Medical Director, Los Angeles Fire Department, relative to the state of Emergency Medical Services in the City of Los Angeles.

The presentation by Commander Eckstein responded to questions from the Commission relative to the adequacy of EMS staffing, capacity, and budget allocation.  Commission Members asked questions and an opportunity for public comment was provided.
