Motion (Sharp - Mandel) recommend the City of Los Angeles to continue contracting with the County of Los Angeles to enact enforcement and implementation of the health code.

Update on research for Council request regarding mapping of wells and pipelines.

Substitute Motion (Jacquez - Vick) continue Resolution (Shannon - Sharp - Vick) to September 2016, and ensure community partners, utility entities, including the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Southern California Gas Company, Southern California Edison, Liberty Hill Foundation and South Coast Air Quality Management District and any other entity strictly impacted, are invited to attend and testify on the proposed 1,500-foot buffer zone on oil and gas drilling in residential neighborhoods.
