Report back from working groups on Homelessness and Lifestyles and discussion and possible action on consolidation of working groups and or elimination of low membership working groups.

Substitute Motion (Jacquez - Vick) continue Resolution (Shannon - Sharp - Vick) to September 2016, and ensure community partners, utility entities, including the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Southern California Gas Company, Southern California Edison, Liberty Hill Foundation and South Coast Air Quality Management District and any other entity strictly impacted, are invited to attend and testify on the proposed 1,500-foot buffer zone on oil and gas drilling in residential neighborhoods.
